Your designs will be printed exactly as supplied. If you’re unsure whether your artwork is suitable, please contact us before ordering.

For orders exceeding 1 metre, please avoid uploading PNG files longer than 2 metres.
Instead, split your files (e.g. a 3m order = 2m + 1m or 2 × 1.5m).

This helps maintain file quality and prevents scaling issues.
Files exceeding recommended lengths may be automatically reduced in size (e.g. 5m may scale down to ~2.5m).

Once submitted, we print your sheet as supplied... so take a moment to zoom in, check edges and make sure everything is good to go.

Please make sure your designs are uploaded are:
• 300dpi resolution (high quality)
• Transparent background (no blurry edges)
• PNG files preferred
• Line art thicker than 0.5mm (too small and detail can be lost during printing)
• Gradient fades around edges will not show through with transfers, make sure designs are graphic based or have half toned edges.
