1. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders via Australia Post. From time to time, we may also use alternative third-party carriers to ensure timely delivery or to accommodate specific order requirements.

Carrier selection is at our discretion.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and dispatched according to the production timelines outlined on our website.

Shipping times are estimated only and are determined by Australia Post or the selected third-party carrier.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier network delays

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Peak shipping periods

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

3. Transit Damage & Liability

We take care to package all orders securely.
However, Aussie Transfer Co is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during transit once the order has been handed to the carrier.

To protect against shipping-related damage or loss, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout.

4. Shipping Insurance (Recommended)

If shipping insurance is selected:

  • Orders damaged or lost in transit will be reprinted at no additional cost

  • Claims must be supported with photos and/or carrier confirmation

If shipping insurance is not selected, we are unable to guarantee replacement or refund for transit-related issues.

5. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Aussie Transfer Co is not liable for:

  • Delays

  • Lost parcels

  • Additional shipping costs

caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.

Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address errors.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and should be monitored directly through their system.

7. Delivery Authority & Safe Drop

If you select Authority to Leave, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery is deemed complete once the carrier marks the parcel as delivered

  • Aussie Transfer Co is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery

8. Shipping Scope

At this time, we ship within Australia only.
International shipping is not currently available.
