SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Our products are custom made to customer-supplied artwork and specifications and are available exclusively online.

Due to the nature of custom printing:

• Products are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy

• We do not guarantee colour accuracy across screens

• Minor variations in print size, colour, and trimming are considered normal

We reserve the right to limit sales, quantities, or availability of products at our discretion.

SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or abusive.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information and to promptly update details as required.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOMER FILE RESPONSIBILITY

By submitting artwork and completing payment, you confirm that:

• Files are correct and approved for production

• Spelling, layout, sizing, and orientation have been checked

• Files supplied are suitable for DTF printing

We do not proof or correct customer artwork unless an artwork service is purchased. We accept no liability for errors in customer-supplied files.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsement. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS

Any comments, feedback, or submissions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You warrant that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.

SECTION 10 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time, including after an order has been placed.
