What Are DTF Transfers?
At Aussie Transfer Co, when we talk about “transfers,” we’re talking about your design printed onto a special film, ready to be heat pressed straight onto a garment.
We use Direct to Film (DTF) technology, which means your design is printed in full colour, covered in a fine adhesive powder, cured, and then rolled.
By the time it gets to you, it’s basically a sticker for fabric... only tougher, sharper, and made to last.
Why DTF Transfers Are Worth It?
- No minimums:
Order a single logo or a full gang sheet... there’s no “too small” order here.
(It is recommended to fill the sheet with prints) - Strong & durable:
Once pressed, transfers stand up to washes, wear and whatever life throws at them. - Versatile:
Cotton, polyester, blends, hi-vis, hoodies, workwear, sportswear... transfers stick to it all. - Cost-effective:
Skip the setup fees, wasted stock or slow turnaround. - Store now, press later:
Transfers don’t have an expiry date.
Keep extras on hand and press as needed.
How You Create Your Prints:
- You upload your design.
Doesn’t matter if it’s a small logo or a detailed graphic. - We do the hard part.
Our printers lay down the colour and adhesive perfectly. - You receive your transfers.
Packed, sealed and ready to go. - You press them on.
Heat press for a few seconds, peel and it’s ready to wear.
Simple as that and you don’t need to invest in expensive printing gear to get results that look professional.
