What file formats and artwork requirements are needed?

We accept high-resolution artwork sized to your final print dimensions, ideally at 300 dpi.

Preferred file formats are vector files (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG) or high-resolution raster files (PNG with a transparent background).

Important sizing note:
Any transparent or blank space in your file is included when sizing.
For example, if your file contains extra transparent space around the artwork, that space will increase the final printed size.

To ensure accurate results, artwork should be positioned and scaled correctly before upload.

Artwork quality considerations:
Blurry or soft edges in artwork can result in visible white edging (keylines) once printed. This is often caused by low-resolution files or anti-aliasing applied during design.

If you’re working with a designer, ask them to:

  • Supply artwork at final size

  • Disable anti-aliasing where possible

  • Use clean, solid edges suitable for print

Improperly prepared files may result in prints that differ from your intended size or appearance.

An artwork setup service is available if you need assistance correcting file issues before printing.
