Artwork Responsibility

When you upload artwork, you confirm you own the rights to use it or have permission from the copyright owner.
We print what you supply.
We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements in customer artwork.

Print & Application

We take every care to produce accurate, high-quality transfers.
However, results may vary depending on your supplied files, your choice of fabric, and how the transfer is applied.
You must follow the application instructions provided with your order. Incorrect application voids any claims.

Colours & Tolerances

Due to the nature of digital printing, minor colour variation can occur between what you see on a screen and what prints on film.
Slight shifts in size and placement (within industry-accepted tolerances) may also occur.
These are considered normal.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to reprinting or refunding the cost of faulty goods.
We cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as downtime, missed deadlines, or lost profit.

Jurisdiction

All purchases are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
