At Aussie Transfer Co, we aim to get your transfers to you quickly and safely.

Processing Times

All transfers are custom printed to order. Standard processing is 1–3 business days once artwork and payment are confirmed.
Larger orders or special requests may take longer, and if there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know straight away.

Delivery

We ship using Australia Post (Standard and Express) and from time to time may use couriers for larger consignments.
Delivery timeframes are set by the carrier and may vary depending on your location.
Once your parcel has left our workshop, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Packaging & Damage

We take care to package your transfers securely in tubes, sleeves, or boxes to minimise bending, creasing, or moisture.

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post or another courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs in transit.
Responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If you would like additional peace of mind, we recommend choosing Express Post and/or purchasing Shipping Insurance at checkout.
Insurance covers reprints of orders that are lost or damaged while in transit.
