Refunds & Returns Policy
Because all of our transfers are printed custom to your artwork, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This keeps things fair for both parties and ensures every job is made just for you.
If a transfer is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will either reprint or refund the item — whichever is most appropriate.
Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and clear photos so we can sort it out quickly.
Please note, we can’t accept responsibility for:
- Poor quality artwork supplied by you (low resolution, pixelation, incorrect colours).
- Colour differences between what you see on a screen and the final print (reasonable variations are standard in digital printing).
- Issues caused by incorrect application of the transfer (heat, pressure, time, or fabric choice outside recommended guidelines).
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
